Real Time Well Reviews (“RTWRs”)

• To ensure the well is executed right and performance is assessed by real time monitoring.
• Reporting systems, real time monitoring and systems/procedures to manage surprises/change/deviations.
• Integration with Operations Geology and a real time analysis on plan vs actual subsurface prognosis.
• Daily cost monitoring, analysis and optimization.
• Daily NPT analysis, reporting, optimization and recommendations (if possible implementation in the same well).
• End of Phase report.
• End of well report.
• Service companies end of well reports and service quality meetings (“SQMs”).
